I'm sitting here in front of my laptop, wondering what to say to you, but secure in the fact that there is something to be said.  You see I write when I am hurting or happy  -- it is a coping mechanism, a mandate which has also turned into a tool for healing myself and others and I have become very secure in the fact that I don't have to know what to say when I begin typing.  If you can listen to music while you read, you may want to play the tune below because it expresses how I feel.
